About the Role
Lead teams by facilitating ceremonies, removing technical impediments; Utilize .Net, SQL, Oracle, Angular, UI/UX DBA, Big Data, React ServiceNow, jQuery, APIs, Cloud Management (AWS/Azure), SAFe, JIRA, Confluence, Kanban, Scrum/Agile, etc; Lead Scrum ceremonies & coach team members in Agile/SAFe principles; Identify & remove blockers; Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog; Act as liaison between development teams and stakeholders; Participate in daily Scrum meetings; Assist with technical debt reduction, support QA/testing & ensure technical stories are addressed; similar duties.
Requirements
MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
(any) or Information Systems or Technology or Related and 3 years’ experience
in scrum master role, leading Agile ceremonies and managing delivery (OR) BS
or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information
Systems or Technology or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive
experience including at least 3 years’ experience in scrum master role, leading
Agile ceremonies and managing delivery.
Full Time. Travel involved to client locations within the US.
